- PhD qualified in Polymer Chemistry
- Has 25 years of experience in the fibreglass industry: manufacturing product improvement
- Has previously worked as a technical manager at one of Australia's major fibreglass pool manufacturers
- Has acted as an independent assessor of over 80 problematic fibreglass pools in 3 states
- Has attended tribunal hearings and provided expert witness testimony for dozens of fibreglass pool disputes
- Owns equipment tests complying with the sole Australian Standard: AS/NZS 1838 (2020). Appendix E and F.
